We respect our clients’ time and want to have you in the chair at your scheduled appointment time. Clients who are 10 minutes or more late for their appointments will be considered no-shows. A no-show not only loses your barber income but prevents someone else for getting in for a cut. Because of this, we have a “three strikes and you’re out” no-show policy.
1st no-show: you will receive an email letting you know you’ve been marked a no-show.
2nd no-show: you will receive another email warning you of our three strikes policy.
3rd no-show: you will be blocked from making future appointments with us. You are still more than welcome to attempt come in for a walk-in.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us to let us know. As long as we know you won't be making it in before your appointment time, we will not consider you a no-show.
